Paul Fletcher
Paul has been an industrial instrumentation technician for 30 years. He holds a diploma in Industrial Instrumentation Technology, and is also a certified Solar Photovoltaic Systems Electrical Worker. Working in solar, wind, and micro-hydro has been a passion for Paul since 1994. He launched a renewable energy business in 1995 which continues today as Riverside Energy Systems.

Ben Giudici
Ben has worked the areas of power systems, control systems, and electronic instrumentation for 12 years in industry and 20 years as a university faculty member. He holds degrees in Electrical Engineering, and is registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in the province of BC. Ben has a keen interest in renewable energy and joined Paul in Riverside Energy Systems in January 2009.
