A Helping Hand
"I have been working with Riverside Energy Systems since the winter of 2006. Paul coached me through the installation of my first 12 volt system by telephone with uncanny patience and good humour. In Dec of 2008 I lost my entire home in a house fire caused by thawing frozen pipes. The next day, I was astounded to find Paul on my snowy driveway, that awful winter day after the fire, with a complete 12 volt power system in his van. He stayed for that day and part of the next, utilizing my 2 solar panels which had survived the fire, setting me up beyond all expectations, with an efficient power system in a small cabin I have on my property.
Today I have a fantastic 24/48 volt system, designed by Riverside, running my home beyond my wildest dreams. Utilizing funds from the insurance claim, we set up a 9 panel system on a rotating track which follows the sun, tripling the potential. I never thought I would have an electric refrigerator. My power tools run more efficiently off my power system than my generator. One of the greatest attributes has been Paul's participation and guidance through my rebuild process.
