Riverside Energy Systems partnered with CanZea Developments to deliver a rooftop solar installation for the new Ashcroft Seniors Housing development. The completed system features 171 high-efficiency LONGi 505W solar panels paired with APsystems QT2 module-level microinverters, creating an 86.4 kW DC / 74.3 kW AC grid-connected solar array.
Mounted on the building’s asphalt rooftop, the system is designed to produce approximately 96,180 kWh of clean electricity each year, helping power the facility while lowering long-term operating costs. By generating renewable energy on-site, the project supports more sustainable community housing and reduces the building’s overall carbon footprint for years to come.
