We were happy to work with these homeowners to complete a clean and efficient solar installation designed specifically for their detached shop building. From the start, they wanted a system that would maximize the available solar grant while keeping the panels off the main home.
Our team installed a 5.05 kW grid-connected solar system using 10 Longi 505W solar panels paired with APsystems DS3-L microinverters. The new asphalt shingle roof on the shop provided an excellent location for the array, allowing us to make full use of the available space while maintaining a clean, professional appearance.
The completed system is expected to offset approximately 6,500 kWh of electricity annually, helping reduce long-term energy costs and lowering reliance on grid power throughout the year.
